On September 21, Song Baoguo, the Director of National Feather Down Testing Key Laboratory, Zhang Yulian, the Senior Engineer of Guangzhou Fibre Product Testing and Research Institute and National Quality Supersion and Inspection Center of Textile Garment and Accessories and Chen Wenjian, the President of Wuchuan Feather Industry Association visited the company.
In the meeting, Chen Wenjian made a speech on the testing problem of current feather industry and fully affirmed the importance of testing feather down and adhered to the AQSIQ guideline of the focusing on quality, ensuring safety, promoting development and strengthening quality inspection. Song Baoguo explained in detail the GB/T10288 Feather Down Testing Standard and mentioned new rules in many standards. His funny and humorous speeches enable participants to understand the standard more vividly and directly. Zhang Yulian fully introduced the testing methods of odor, cleanliness, cashmere seed content letting everyone have an in-depth understanding of testing feather down.
After the meeting, they visited the inspection and testing room, the Director Song personally guided our technical staff to use the latest technology instrument, turbidity mete to automatically test the cleanness of feather down, and gave a high degree of certainty on the quality of gold feather down of our company.

The expert in feather and the products, he graduated from Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Zhejiang Agricultural University in July 1983, and won the Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry. He obtained his MBA in Zhejiang University of Technology in 2007. He is the discipline leader Zhejiang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Animal Quarantine and the expert of AQSIQ WTO/TBT foreign informed appraisal expert. He won the China Feather Down Industry Outstanding Contribution Award of the Foodstuffs ,Native produce Animal By-Products and Feather Down Conference.

He used to lead to complete more than 10 scientific research projects, including 3 provincial scientific research projects. The new method of feather down testing turbidity meter has been the method of international feather down board, which was developed under his leadership. As the leader, he set up 3 standards international feather down board, participating in the revision of 10 national and international standards, won one patent and 6 utility model patents.
